The Belle Ferme Private Membership Association (the "Association") is a private membership association of individuals who choose to associate for the purpose of enjoying private wellness amenities — including sauna, spa, and cold plunge facilities — on private property in a quiet farm setting.
Access to Association amenities is available to members only and is not offered to the general public. By submitting a booking request and affirming this Agreement, you request to become a member of the Association. Membership is granted at the sole discretion of the Association and may be declined or revoked at any time.
All activities of the Association occur in the private domain, between the Association and its members. Members agree that their participation is a private matter and that amenities are used by private arrangement rather than as a public accommodation.
Members acknowledge that use of a sauna, spa, hot tub, and cold plunge involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with heat exposure, cold exposure, rapid temperature change, slips and falls, and cardiovascular stress. Members represent that they are physically able to use these amenities, agree to consult a physician regarding any medical condition before use, and voluntarily assume all risks of participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each member, for themselves and their heirs and assigns, releases and holds harmless the Association, its trustees, owners, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the member's use of Association amenities and property, including claims of ordinary negligence.
Session contributions (hourly or daily) support the maintenance and operation of Association amenities. Contributions are due at booking and are refundable per the cancellation terms stated on the booking page.
By checking the membership box on the booking form and submitting a booking request, you affirm that you have read this Agreement, agree to its terms, and request membership in the Belle Ferme Private Membership Association.
